DMCA and Copyright Policy
We respect copyright and act on valid notices.
Our position
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of this site to do the same. If you believe material published here infringes your copyright, tell us and we will investigate promptly.
How to file a notice
Send a written notice to editor@symfonikamiasqc.com with the subject line "Copyright Notice", containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL on this site where the material appears, specific enough for us to locate it.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Incomplete notices may delay our response. Please be as specific as you can.
What we do
On receiving a valid notice we will review the material and, where the claim appears well-founded, remove or disable access to it. We will notify the person who posted it, where applicable.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, telephone number and consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat infringement
We will terminate access for contributors who repeatedly infringe copyright.
A note on misuse
Filing a knowingly false claim of infringement carries legal consequences, including liability for damages and costs. Please make sure of your position before sending a notice.
